Shipping policy

For Real Stamps - We ship weekdays (Monday - Friday) via USPS. Typically as First Class Package with Tracking, unless noted otherwise. Orders placed Friday and over the weekend, will be mailed the next business day (Monday). 

For Stamp Themed Products - Because these are made to order by our team and need time to create and for the ink to dry, these can take 1-2 weeks. This includes the shipping time as well. We cannot rush an order. 

Packages typically take 3-5 Business days in transit ( this does not count the weekend!). However, due to current delays, your order may take longer than expected to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time!

If you have any issues with the order in transit, you may reach out to USPS for assistance using the referenced Tracking Number. 

If your package is marked delivered and you do not have it:

1. It may still be in transit and was marked "delivered" prematurely. 

2. It may have been delivered in correctly or stolen.

For either of these instances, USPS is responsible and you should reach out to them, not Factory57.
